REFORMER

Our classic reformer class - a dynamic blend seamlessly merging strength training with fluid movements, scultping and toning your entire body.

POSTPARTUM

Run by a Qualified Women’s Health Physiotherapist you are in good hands - regardless of whether you’ve had a c-section or vaginal birth. This class is tailored to you and your journey. Postpartum is any period after having a baby, maybe you’re 6weeks or 2years. We’re here for you.

SWEAT+

Hot Pilates starts with a dynamic stretchy warm up, before we start flowing through a series of sculpting, burning, balancing and strengthening exercises, getting ALL those muscles burning, big and small.

SILVER SPRINGS

This class is designed for our senior more worldly individuals (grey hair is not a pre-requisite). Maybe you’re wanting a low impact, easier and gentler introduction to pilates. This class is run by a Physiotherapist who can tailor the class to your needs.

BARRE

Sculpt and tone your body with a series of precise, low-impact exercises designed to target specific muscle groups. Enhance your posture, build lean muscle, and achieve a dancer's poise as you're guided through a harmonious blend of movements at the ballet barre.
