REFORMER
Our classic reformer class - a dynamic blend seamlessly merging strength training with fluid movements, scultping and toning your entire body.
REFORMER ESSENTIALS
A great place to start if you are new to reformer, returning to the Pilates method or would like to refine your foundational skills. This class is tailored to you and your journey. This is also a great post-partum option. Postpartum is any period after having a baby, maybe you’re 6weeks or 2years. We’re here for you.
REFORMER EXPRESS
For those with a busy schedule or just wanting a quick workout. We offer 30min express reformer classes to attend either in your lunch break or spare time.
MUMS & BUBS
Welcoming all mums that are 6 weeks - 6 months post partum to regain strength and mobility of your core, pelvic floor and overall mobility. There will be limited spots in these classes to ensure they are personal to your journey. There will also be extra hands on deck to allow you to be as hands free as Bub will allow or you are comfortable with.
SILVER SPRINGS
This class is designed for our senior more worldly individuals (grey hair is not a pre-requisite). With a focus on mobility, strength and low impact movements to enhance your over all wellbeing.
MAT PILATES
Do not under estimate the power of a Mat Pilates class! Build the strength and condition of your foundational pilates method by using body weight and light weighted movements.
BARRE
A fun, dynamic, and strong pilates movement incorporating Mat Pilates, a ballet barre and ballet techniques while performing small, repetitive, and intense movements.
