Our Cancellation Policy
At Pilates Collective MNC, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Deadline: All cancellations need to be done 24 hours prior to the class scheduled time (e.g. 6 am class on 21/3/24 needs to be cancelled before 6 am on 20/3/24)
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class time means there will be forfeiture of the class credit (from a pack) or no refund from class booked casually.
No Shows: If you do not show up for a scheduled class and fail to notify us, the full class fee may be charged or the class credit will be forfeited.
Rescheduling: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to reschedule a class, please make all class changes in the ‘MOMENCE APP’
How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule a class, please use the app ‘Momence’ or online at ‘Momence website’. We do not check our emails or Momence app inbox regularly.
By booking a class with Pilates Collective MNC, you agree to adhere to the terms of our cancellation policy.
